Basic training
In order to let the new member quickly understand their job requirements and get used to their job, they will read the Position Instruction, according to which training schedule is arranged. Each member should finish the courses in training schedule within three months.

Professional Training
To enhance the personal qualification for the job, each position is arranged to have more than 5 types of professional training courses in three years. It includes strengthening the professional skills, exploiting new products, introducing new technology at due course.
